We actually ended up with a different backpack. My daughter didn't end up liking the color she chose. I contacted the company and they were very helpful in letting me know how to return and receive another pattern. The were helpful and responded quickly when the first one came back getting us the 2nd choice. She is thrilled with her new bag. I would order from this company again.
