Mayan 16 backpack color darker than pictured as Colors not as bright. Straps cannot be adjusted and are very long. I Would have exchanged it but initial shipping, return shipping and back of $7.95 each way x3 would cost more than product itself! Disappointed Shop does not offer any hours even for local customers who only live a few miles away. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop unless completely confident of your purchase. I will return but will wait until in person shopping is available.
