Exchanges/Refunds Policy

Exchanges: 

Were the huaraches the wrong size? 

No problem, we will gladly exchange them for a pair that fit.  Please ship the huaraches back along with a note that includes your name, address, phone number, and the size that you need.  No authorization number is needed.

Refunds: 

Are you not satisfied with the huaraches? 

No problem, we will gladly issue a refund for the purchase price (shipping costs are not refunded).   Please ship the huaraches back along with a note that includes your name, address, phone number, and that you will be requesting a refund.  No authorization number is needed.

***Please note that exchanges and returns must be returned within 30 business days of being received.  Any exchanges or refunds mailed back after 30 business days will be denied.  Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday.
