Were the products you ordered the wrong size?
No problem, we will gladly exchange them for a size that fits. Please ship the product back along with a note that includes your name, address, phone number, and the size that you need. No authorization number is needed. The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the item back to us.
Are you not satisfied with the products received?
No problem, we will gladly issue a refund for the purchase price (shipping costs are not refunded). If possible, please include feedback as to why you are requesting a refund â€“ we want to improve any issues if they exist.
***Orders placed in December 2017 - have up to 45 days from date item is delivered instead of our standard 14 days for exchanges or returns as we understand your purchase may be a gift for the holidays. Any exchanges or refunds mailed back after 45 day return window will be denied.
