I purchased a purse to replace the same purse I had worn out. I LOVE it and was incredibly happy to find it for a reasonable price! At first it was communicated to me that there was a delay due to the same issues everywhere is having. Then I didn't hear anything for about six weeks and once I contacted them I pretty much received the purse immediately. Overall, I am totally satisfied just maybe improve communication a bit.
