I came across the Officialfiesta website while shopping on-line. They had Huaraches in a variety of styles and prices. It only took five (5) days from order to delivery. Once received, I found they didn't fit, so they were returned.
They arrived inside a sturdy shipping box. Oh the smell of leather! Included in the box was an instruction sheet explaining their Exchanges/Refunds Policy". Returning the item was quite easy. A Return Address was provided. Purchaser pays return shipping, and 15% restocking fee. A note requesting my name, address, phone number, and why I was requesting a refund was to be included in the return. Also, why I wanted a refund.
The package was sent without problems. Four days later an email confirming my refund had been processed was received.
Shopping on the Officialfiesta website was a good experience. I would recommend Officialfiesta to anyone looking for a good on-line shopping experience.
